Application based voice software for a large Multi-billion dollar luxury Hotel Chain for their star hotel at Kuwait city, Kuwait.

We are developing a unique software application for our client who is one of the world's largest chain of hotels with around 130 hotels spread across the globe. The application that we have developed is about to solve one of the key issues in staffing. They have problems while catering to people from different countries who are of different origins and who speak in different languages.

The problem:

Understanding the accent of people from different countries who speak English in different ways, for example British English, American English and Chinese English are very different from each other. People from China do not use the same accent when speaking in English i.e. the language would be pronounced in a different accent when compared to people in Britain or America. So the management had a tough time making new staff used to the various different accents of English.

Our solution:

Surlin Solutions has developed an unique application software which is basically a listening software which can playback audio files in different accents. A graphical display of the voice is also displayed by the application software to view the different accents, analyze and compare them relatively. We have also provided an option to record and compare the original voice with the recorded voice.

Our client is a professional supplier of search engine services. They offer up-to-date and verified information on companies, their products, and services. Since 1995, the search engine has been made available to all internet users, free of charge.

Already since 1932, our client has been offering reliable information and contact data concerning the suppliers and service providers, in the Business-to-Business area. Since 1994, the company has been in operation in the Czech Republic and in Slovakia. Since 2000, our client has been a part of the Eniro group, a leading information services provider in Scandinavia.

The Czech branch gathers data concerning the Czech and Slovak companies, processes this data and sends it to the mother company in Germany. That is where the presentation itself takes place, on the www servers

Surlin Solutions is developing a part of the application and helping our Czech client in implementing the whole process across the regions they operate in Central Europe.
